Bruce Springsteen’s U.K. tour causes a chart revival, with six albums including Born in the USA, … More
Getty ImagesBruce Springsteen is spending the summer traveling around Europe, performing dates on his Land of Hope and Dreams tour. The trek began two years ago under the name Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band 2023–2025 Tour, but when he picked up the guitar again in mid-May, he later renamed the venture and brought it to the United Kingdom.
Springsteen and company recently played dates in Liverpool, marking his return to the nation, and this move has spurred a buying frenzy of his catalog. Half a dozen of Springsteen’s albums appear on at least one chart apiece in the U.K. this week. Four of those titles return to the rankings, becoming bestselling releases once more.
Born in the USA is a Top 40 Bestseller
Born in the USA is the only one of Springsteen’s titles that returns to a sales list and appears inside the top 40. The early-career classic breaks back onto the Official Album Downloads chart at No. 35. It also lands at No. 79 on the Official Albums Sales list after not appearing on that tally at all just a few days ago.
Bruce Springsteen’s Greatest Hits Reappears
Greatest Hits also reappears on both the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums charts, where it can be found at Nos. 49 and 83, respectively. At the same time, the compilation rockets from No. 80 to No. 7 on the Official Album Downloads ranking – reaching a new high point in the process.
Bruce Springsteen’s Best Of is Back
Yet another compilation, titled simply Best Of, jumps back onto both the Official Albums Streaming list and the Official Albums chart. On those tallies, the compilation can be found at Nos. 84 and 93, respectively. Springsteen’s catalog is so popular that one collection of smash singles isn’t enough for the nation.
The River Only Hits One Tally
The River is the only one of Springsteen’s comebacks that doesn’t make a home on several rankings. This time around, it only reenters the Official Album Downloads chart, where it comes in at No. 72.
Born to Run Debuts
In addition to his quartet of returning favorites, one of Springsteen’s oldest projects — his breakout set Born to Run — manages to debut on the downloads-only tally. The career-making set launches at No. 92, decades after it was first unveiled to the world.
