Billie Eilish goes from two Hot 100 hits to four in the span of only a few days, as “Guess” with … [+]
Getty Images for SpotifyOn last week’s Hot 100, Billie Eilish scored a pair of hits, as several of her most recent releases continued to perform well across America. Two wins was a noticeable accomplishment for the singer-songwriter, considering the fact that she hasn’t released anything new in months.
This time around, the young talent is performing significantly better. Eilish doubles her total number of wins on the Hot 100, as two of her popular tracks return to Billboard’s list of the most-consumed songs throughout the country, joining her other current smashes.
Both of Eilish’s comebacks land fairly low on the 100-space roster. Neither of them are new to the tally, as the two have already spent at least a month on the list.
The higher-ranking of the two returning favorites is “Guess,” Eilish’s duet with Charli XCX. The track was first featured on Charli’s now-Grammy-winning album Brat, and it was re-released as a single once Eilish jumped on board. This time around, “Guess” comes in at No. 88.
Eilish also manages another solo smash on the Hot 100, as “The Greatest” reappears. The album cut taken from her latest full-length Hit Me Hard and Soft is back at No. 93.
“Guess” is the bigger hit between Eilish’s two returning smashes. It’s peaked higher—No. 12 versus the No. 24 high point of “The Greatest”—and it’s also spent more than twice as many weeks on the tally. The electronic collaboration is now up to 13 frames somewhere on the list, while “The Greatest” marks its fifth turn somewhere on the roster as it reappears.
Impressively, Eilish still lives inside the top 10 on the Hot 100 as well. “Birds of a Feather,” perhaps the biggest hit from her latest album, slips slightly, declining from No. 4 to No. 6.
Non-single “Wildflower” is still growing on the chart as well. This frame, it aims higher and pushes from No. 32 to No. 29.
“Birds of a Feather” almost gave Eilish another No. 1 hit on the Hot 100, but missed out on doing so by just one space. It’s one of several tracks from the superstar to stall in the runner-up rung on the Hot 100. “Wildflower,” meanwhile, peaked at No. 17, which is a very lofty position for a track that was never granted single status and thus wasn’t promoted as such. Since Hit Me Hard and Soft was released last year, it has racked up 35 turns somewhere on the Hot 100.
