It was only a little more than a week ago that Beyoncé’s latest album, Cowboy Carter, began surging up the Billboard charts and returning to those it no longer appeared on. The full-length was recently named Album of the Year at the Grammys, and as is usually the case, the titles that come out on top in some of the biggest categories at that show experience enormous gains in terms of consumption in the days and weeks following.

As Americans continue to listen to Cowboy Carter, another one of Beyoncé’s older hits is back as well. “7/11”, which the singer released as a single more than a decade ago, reaches one Billboard tally for the first time, giving Beyoncé another career hit on one of the company’s newest rankings.

“7/11” debuts on the TikTok Billboard Top 50 this week. The tune barely makes it onto the 50-spot ranking of the most popular and most successful tracks on TikTok, as it lands in second-to-last place, at No. 49.

Beyoncé has now collected nine hits on the TikTok Billboard Top 50. That’s one of the more impressive accumulations of smashes on the list, which was only introduced in mid-2023.

Throughout the almost two years since Billboard introduced the social media-focused ranking, Beyoncé has seen just two of her nine smashes break into the top five. “Texas Hold ‘Em”, the lead single from Cowboy Carter, was the first to do so. That tune peaked at No. 3 in March 2024. This past November, “Diva” reached that same position, which stands as the singer’s all-time high.

“7/11” is one of nine debuts on this week’s TikTok Billboard Top 50. It’s the lowest-ranking of the bunch, and it comes in behind new arrivals from stars like Lady Gaga, J Balvin, and Chappell Roan.

Beyoncé released “7/11” as the second single from the expanded deluxe edition of Beyoncé’s self-titled album. That full-length originally arrived in 2013, and what was known as the Platinum Edition appeared the following year. The tune followed the “***Flawless” remix, which saw Beyoncé team up with Nicki Minaj to put new flair on the cut.

During its heyday, “7/11” became a quick success on the Billboard charts. It peaked at No. 13 on the Hot 100, and rose to No. 1 on several genre-specific rankings, such as the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and Dance Club Songs lists.
