Ben Bergquam Exposes the Fraudulent California High-Speed Rail to Nowhere Costing Billions of Dollars – (VIDEO)

Real America’s Voice and host of “Law and Border,” Ben Bergquam was reporting on the massive fraud for the California High-Speed Rail.

He explained that the concept, which began in 2008, was supposed to be completed in 2020. With billions of dollars wasted, the project is nowhere near finished in 2026.

“Back up here, on what’s supposed to be the California High-Speed Rail, projected in 2008 to cost $33 billion and be done by 2020,” Bergquam said.

“It is now 2026, and this stretch that has been built for about 10 years outside of Fresno still doesn’t have a single track on it. The best example of one of the worst projects ever done by Democrats, and they are still doing it,” Bergquam continued.

“They forced farmers to give up tens of thousands of acres of farmland to build this. Instead of being done in 2020, like they said it was going to be, now they are saying maybe the short section will be done between 2031 and 2033, from Merced to Bakersfield, which nobody is going to ride,” Bergquam explained.

“Even if the trains were at maximum capacity, every single day, they still would have to be subsidized by you. And instead of costing $33 billion, now they are projecting it’s gonna cost between $130 and $230 billion,” Bergquam continued.

“It could easily get to half a trillion dollars, and they don’t care because you are paying for it,” Bergquam said.

“Gavin Newsom, the Governor of California, has the nerve to think he is gonna be the next President of the United States. The guy who has helped, along with the pathetic Democrats, to drive California into the ground. Highest gas prices in the country, worst education in the country, more illegals than any other state in the country. Destroying jobs, driving them out of California. Feces and needle-lined streets,” Bergquam explained.

“Freeways and roads that are covered in potholes, but they had the nerve to spend billions of your dollars on this. This garbage right here,” Bergquam said.

Bergquam warned that a bigger problem is the communists within the United States who are working with jihadists and cartels to bring down the US from the inside.

“The real problem are these Socialist, Communist, and now jihadists, aligned with the cartels, that are coming in to destroy our country from within. If you keep voting for these guys, you deserve this,” Bergquam warned.

“If you want that to end, stop voting for them. Shut this project down. Don’t waste another cent of taxpayer money on this. Every cent that is wasted, every day that is used, is time and money that we will never get back for a project that was designed to fail from the beginning. All it was designed to do was pay off Democrat union contract members. This was corruption from the beginning,” Bergquam said.

“Wake up, America. Never Gavin Newsom. Never a Democrat ever again. And to our side, stop fighting each other. Focus on the enemy. Communism, jihad, and cartels,” Bergquam continued.
