At least one fatality has been reported after a car exploded outside a California fertility clinic just before 11 a.m. local time on Saturday. The massive explosion blew out windows on buildings as far as half a mile away from the American Reproductive Centers on N Indian Canyon Drive in Palm Springs. The clinic provides in vitro fertilization, advanced reproductive treatments, artificial insemination, egg freezing, surrogacy services, “LGBTQ family building,” and more.
