President Donald Trump is slated to read a few verses from the Bible Tuesday evening as part of the “America Reads The Bible” initiative. The initiative kicked off on April 18 and ends April 25 and features Christian leaders, government officials, and celebrities all taking turns in reading the entire Bible. Six in ten adults in France believe that their country is facing a “great replacement” with the mass importation of non-European immigrants. The Greek maritime risk management agency MARISKS issued an alert on Monday warning that scammers masquerading as Iranian officials are offering false promises of safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz to shipping companies, in exchange for ransoms paid in cryptocurrency. Spanish conservative group Hazte Oír on Monday filed a popular prosecution request against Begoña Gómez, wife of socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, seeking a 24 year-prisons sentence in the ongoing corruption trial process against her.
