The U.S. Department of State sent out a travel alert warning U.S. citizens to avoid the border city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, following a series of blockades and attacks on police surveillance cameras. As part of the blockades, cartel gunmen stole some tractor-trailers, parked them across highways, and set them on fire. Natrona County District Judge Dan Forgey granted temporary injunctive relief on Friday against the Human Heartbeat Act while litigation continues. Google has joined other major technology companies in signing an agreement with the Department of War to provide AI models for classified government operations, according to a report from The Information. Mexico’s Navy raided a trucking depot that was being used by the Gulf Cartel to store thousands of gallons of stolen fuel that would be sold on the underground market as part of a complex moneymaking scheme.
