A Border Patrol sector chief reported a rise in the number of large migrant groups crossing into Texas from Mexico. Amid ongoing heavy fighting between Israeli forces and Hezbollah in south Lebanon, the only external troops which have long been present on the ground are a group of UN peacekeeping troops.
