Nearly all House Democrats voted against a bill to ensure migrants can be deported for harming animals used by law enforcement officials. The bill, known as the Bill to Outlaw Wounding of Official Working Animals Act (BOWOW Act) passed in a 228-190 vote, the Hill reported. Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei ostensibly released a defiant written statement on Wednesday, vowing to retaliate for the death of security chief Ali Larijani.
