The details of President Donald Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” (BBB) are less important than the fact that he managed to pass it through Congress — by his Fourth of July deadline, no less. Unlike other second-term presidents, he will not be seen as a lame duck, but as a leader who is gaining strength. Think back to this point in 2017, in the first year of Trump’s first term. In an era where urban elites dismiss the calloused hands that drive America, President Donald Trump has stood tall, fist raised behind the men and women who keep us moving: American truckers. Since the president’s executive orders on the English language this spring, I’ve taken action to reinstate the penalty for failing English proficiency rules previously abandoned by President Barack Obama. These rules maintain anyone unable to read or speak our language is unqualified to drive a commercial vehicle. Penalties were eliminated, however, to favor political correctness over safety. On Friday, I was proud to take our commitment to truckers…

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) responded Thursday to a story by the Associated Press (AP) that claimed its security contractors used live ammunition in Gaza, endangering the lives of Palestinian civilians. The AP story stopped short of explicitly stating that contractors had killed Palestinians — a “fake news” claim that has been promoted by Hamas and repeated by other outlets — but that was the implication in the article. The AP reported: American contractors guarding aid distribution sites in Gaza are using live ammunition and stun grenades as hungry Palestinians scramble for food, according to accounts and videos obtained by…

New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani’s controversial plan for city-owned grocery stores is embarrassingly based on an “accounting error,” the Washington Examiner revealed in a recent report. The Democrat nominee has defended his idea for socialist markets by saying they can be funded by the money saved from cutting city subsidies to “corporate grocery stores” — but he misunderstood the amount of money the city has.  “We will redirect city funds from corporate supermarkets to city-owned grocery stores whose mission is lower prices, not price-gouging,” Mamdani said in one video: He claimed that five grocery stores would cost $60…
