Police are searching for a woman who escaped with hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from a Target store in Orange County.
The theft occurred earlier in February at a Target at 3300 S. Bristol St. in Santa Ana, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
Surveillance video captured the suspect browsing store shelves as she grabbed a large amount of beauty products and clothing before placing them into a shopping cart.

She began secretly placing merchandise into a large tote bag on her shoulder, at times making sure other customers did not spot her.
After placing the stolen goods in her bag, she headed toward the exit, left her shopping cart and quickly ran outside only to be confronted by a security officer.
The woman managed to run away from security and fled the area before police could arrive.
She is described as a white female around 20-25 years old. She stands around 5 feet 3 inches tall and was last seen wearing a white crop top and loose brown pants.
