Jey Uso appears live at WWE Raw
WWE Raw advertised Jey Uso’s first appearance since winning the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble. Raw also advertised Liv Morgan vs. Iyo Sky in an Elimination Chamber Qualifier and also battle of the two women who started the women’s Royal Rumble.
Raw’s main event pitted CM Punk vs. Sami Zayn in an Elimination Chamber Qualifier.

Jey Uso Celebrates Royal Rumble Win
Despite the fake Internet outrage, Jey Uso walked out to an adoring crowd in Cleveland that yeeted so hard their posters were stuck together. In fact, fans begged “one more time!” and WWE had to run the Yeet music back. This was another case of online outrage failing to translate to real life.
Jey Uso took a very long time before he began speaking, mainly because of how much the fans were cheering him on and chanting “you deserve it.” Jey cut an emotional promo thanking the fans for supporting him through the pandemic era, the Bloodline Era and now his Main Event Era.
GUNTHER interrupted Uso and advised him not to challenge him at WrestleMania. Jey said he’d speak with Cody, but after this promo, GUNTHER vs. Jey Uso remains almost inevitable.
Jey Uso Royal Rumble Celebration Grade: B+
Penta Def. Ludwig Kaiser
WWE showed footage of Ludwig Kaiser’s six-second stay in the Royal Rumble match. They did not, however, show Penta’s controversial spot where both of his feet seemed to touch the floor early in the Rumble match. They didn’t even reference it.
Penta and Kaiser did a great job with their pacing and getting fans into this match. Kaiser got a lot of offense, and Penta came back and finished Kaiser with the Penta Driver.
Just as Penta was about to tell Jackie Redmond what’s next, Pete Dunne walked out to confront him. Penta was then attacked by Kaiser.
Penta vs. Ludwig Kaiser Grade: B
Charlotte Flair Gets Booed Out Of Cleveland
Charlotte Flair received a mixed reaction for her entrance, but then leaned into her heel character. She opened by saying “hi Cleveland,” the way most people greet their in-laws.
Charlotte said that despite getting booed, by these fans, she missed them. And whether you’re “wooing or booing,” Charlotte remains the greatest of all time.
Charlotte was interrupted by Rhea Ripley. After already having two WrestleMania matches, and with Tiffany Doppleganger waiting in the wings, it’s unlikely Ripley will be Charlotte’s WrestleMania opponent.
Despite Rhea begging Charlotte to challenge her for WrestleMania, Charlotte teased challenging Giulia in NXT as well as Tiffany Stratton, which got a pop.
There were glitches on Raw throughout the night, which inspired “Wyatt Sicks” to trend on Twitter.
Charlotte Flair-Rhea Ripley Faceoff Grade: B+
The New Day Def. LWO
The New Day walked out with new theme music and new gear, similar to their babyface gear but a bit darker. Right on cue, fans chanted “New Day Sucks!” to start the match.
Rey Mysterio hit an awkward hurricanrana on Xavier Woods, and Michael Cole covered by saying Rey Mysterio “continues to invent things on the fly.”
Logan Paul randomly walked out in the middle of this match. He was booed vociferously in his hometown.
Dragon Lee hit an amazing hurricanrana from inside the ring to the outside.
Logan Paul, who will face Rey Mysterio in an Elimination Chamber Qualifier next week, KO’d Rey behind the ref’s back. This led to the New Day’s first tag team win as heels.
The New Day vs. LWO Grade: B-
Liv Morgan Def. Iyo Sky By DQ
Backstage, both Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez jumped Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley, respectively.
Liv and Iyo did not hold back with their stiff shots on one another, though at times they did not seem to be on the same page.
The story of this match was Liv Morgan dominating Iyo Sky because Sky suffered injuries from the aforementioned attack earlier.
After two interferences from Raquel Rodriguez, Rhea Ripley evened the odds by attacking Rodriguez. Ripley then struck Liv Morgan, and the (terrible) ref called for the bell to disqualify Iyo. Iyo was none-too-pleased.
Liv Morgan vs. Iyo Sky Grade: B+
Seth Rollins Appears Live
Seth Rollins wore a long leather trench coat like the American Badass, but also a turtleneck.
Seth played babyface, but became more delusional the longer this segment went on.
Sami Zayn interrupted and Rollins gave Zayn a pep talk. Rollins said “people like Sami” deserve to be in the Elimination Camber over people like CM Punk. Fans applauded Rollins at the end of his diatribe.

CM Punk Def. Sami Zayn
Michael Cole really talked up Sami Zayn’s struggles of late, most recently in the Royal Rumble Match. Just by Cole’s commentary alone it felt like Zayn was going to lose.
Early on, this Cleveland crowd was surprisingly quiet considering the first-time main matchup between CM Punk and Sami Zayn. Thankfully, it didn’t take long for them to wake up.
As Punk mounted a comeback, fans loudly chanted “CM Punk.”
Fans chanted “this is awesome,” but then they chanted for Sami as soon as CM Punk trapped Zayn in an Anaconda Vice.
Punk won the match with a GTS as Zayn was charging him. After the loss, Zayn shook CM Punk’s hand. Then Kevin Owens attacked Sami Zayn and laid him out with a Package Piledriver.
CM Punk vs. Sami Zayn Grade: B+
