Four Aliens Charged with Election Fraud in Pennsylvania — Haitian Illegal Alien Allegedly Filed EIGHT Fake Voter Registrations and Voted in 2022

The Trump Justice Department just dropped another hammer in the swing-state battleground of Pennsylvania.

U.S. Attorney David Metcalf of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced Thursday that four aliens, including two illegal aliens, have been charged with election-related crimes for illegally registering and/or illegally voting in federal elections.

“Our sovereignty as a nation belongs to the American people and no one else,” Metcalf said. “Anyone, including illegal aliens, who votes illegally in our elections will be prosecuted for corrupting our democracy.”

Democrats spent years telling the country that noncitizen voting is a “myth.” The charging documents keep piling up in Pennsylvania.

According to the announcement:

Cliff Sanon, 39, an illegal alien from Haiti living in Philadelphia, was charged with submitting a fraudulent voter registration application. Prosecutors say the February 2026 application, filed ahead of the May 2026 primary, was his eighth fraudulent voter registration. He also allegedly voted in the November 2022 general election. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and supervised release.

Dilea Ochoa-Perez, 43, an illegal alien from Mexico living in Coatesville, was charged with two counts of voting as an alien. She allegedly voted in Chester County in both the November 2022 and November 2024 general elections. Maximum penalty: two years in prison.

Sade Guppy, 37, a Trinidad and Tobago national and lawful permanent resident living in Philadelphia, was charged with one count of voting as an alien after allegedly casting a ballot in Philadelphia County in the November 2022 general election.

Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado, 66, a Mexican national and lawful permanent resident also living in Philadelphia, was charged with one count of voting as an alien after allegedly voting in Philadelphia County in the November 2024 general election.

Guppy and Maldonado each face up to one year in prison if convicted.

Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Nathan Abel said every unlawful ballot “can undermine confidence in the election process and diminish the voices of American citizens.” HSI Philadelphia investigated the cases.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the same U.S. Attorney’s Office charged Mahady Sacko, an illegal alien from Mauritania who had been ordered deported in 2000, with fraudulently voting in the 2024 federal election in Philadelphia. State records showed he had also voted in multiple earlier presidential cycles.

TGP also reported earlier this month when the Trump DOJ charged five people, including two illegal aliens from Mexico, with illegal voting and fraudulent registration in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Wisconsin.

And in April, TGP reported that Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt confirmed hundreds of non-citizens on the rolls in addition to more than 11,000 previously flagged voters.
