Greg Gutfeld Slams the Sudden Democrat Hysteria Over AI: ‘An Orchestrated Hoax’ (VIDEO)

During The Five on FOX News yesterday, Greg Gutfeld ripped Democrats over their sudden panic about artificial intelligence, calling it an ‘orchestrated hoax.’

Gutfeld’s remarks echoed those of conservative political analyst Mollie Hemingway, who claimed over the weekend that this is all about ‘regulatory control’ and the ability to censor people who the left doesn’t like.

Gutfeld also pointed out the danger that could arise from this panic if someone decides to become the next Luigi and go after AI executives for threatening humanity.

In the clip below, Gutfeld says:

This is an orchestrated hoax, but it’s also risking lives and it’s risking more lives than AI ever would.

I have a question for the Anthropic CEO. Is he happy painting targets on his executives backs? We saw a healthcare CEO gunned down for being less, far less than an existential threat.

And now generating and amplifying this lie, alright, that AI is going to destroy mankind. You’re creating a legion of potential heroes. People who go, I – you know what? I’m going to take out a few of your executives. What – It’s not an assassin anymore, you’re a hero.

Who can forget Terminator 2? Who was the hero? Sarah Connor. What was her goal? TO kill the creator of Skynet, Miles Dyson…

So this is, as Jesse said, a calculated attempt to slow down or stop upstart competitiors.

It’s so obvious that a memo went out to Democrats on this topic. They’re all saying the same thing.

Chuck Schumer is even talking about trying to use it as a wedge issue for the midterms.

People are right to be suspicious when all of the Democrats suddenly start talking about something like this, seemingly out of thin air.
