We already know that Bill Maher is not a fan of the DSA. He absolutely slammed them in a monologue last week. This week, he ripped DSA members for trying to downplay their radical views.
They can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube. Everyone now knows that they want to abolish the Senate, the presidency, and the Supreme Court. They basically want to burn down the United States as we know it and rebuild it in their far left image.
Bill Maher came right out and said that he does not believe them now that they are trying to claim that this is not what they stand for.
Why should anyone believe them? These radical concepts are right there in their official documents.
Transcript via Overton News:
MAHER: “I don’t believe any of them. All the DSA people are saying, these things you quoted last week, we don’t say…”
“Yeah, you said it, you meant it, stop it!”
PALMERI: “Yeah, flip flopping though.”
MAHER: “That’s not flip flopping, that’s lying.”
[Applause]
“That’s just pretending. I know who you really are and that’s okay.”
“Communism is a economic system that always leads to a horribly corrupt violent political system but it is an economic system.”
“You’re allowed to vote for it. I’m not saying make it illegal or anything but own up to what it is.”
“That’s what it is. When you’re talking about ‘seizing’ the means of production, you are a communist.”
“Just own it!”

No one should believe these people when they try to appear more moderate. They’re just trying to get votes.
The minute they are in power, they will reveal themselves to be the authoritarian radicals that they are.
They should never be allowed near the levers of power in this country.
