Gavin Newsom Seethes After DHS Savagely Trolls Him with ‘No Kings’ Penis Costume Photo

California Governor Gavin Newsom, a vocal supporter of the “No Kings” protests against President Donald Trump, was outraged after being trolled with a photo of a penis costume by the Department of Homeland Security on Saturday.

The federal agency posted a photo on X of a protester dressed in a massive penis costume at a “No Kings” rally in Portland, Oregon, holding a sign that read “Deport Deez Nuts.”

DHS captioned the image: “Breaking: Gavin Newsom has shown up to the riot!”

Protesters gather at a rally, featuring a humorous costumed figure holding a sign that reads "DEPORT DEEZ NUTZ" amidst a crowd.

Newsom, who has repeatedly encouraged participation in the “No Kings” marches, fired back weakly with a reply on X saying,”You’re an embarrassment.”

You’re an embarrassment.

The “No Kings” protests, which took place nationwide on Saturday, were widely mocked by the Trump administration, with the president even posting an ai video of himself flying over the crowds and dropping manure on them.

Newsom has been a prominent cheerleader for the movement, urging Americans to use the marches as a “declaration of independence against the tyranny and lawlessness” of the Trump administration in a video posted to Facebook.

Following the protests, Newsom claimed on X, “7 million Americans turned out yesterday to peacefully protest a monarchy. It was the biggest protest the country has ever seen. And despite the GOP’s best efforts to sow hatred and chaos, you stood firm in peace and unity. That’s what real patriotism looks like.”

There has long been speculation that Newsom is attempting to position himself as a leading anti-Trump figure in preparation for a 2028 presidential bid.

In early October, Newsom announced plans to sue the Trump administration over the deployment of 300 California National Guard troops to the southern border, calling it a “breathtaking abuse of power” and urged Americans to protest and speak out against it.

This lawsuit was just the latest in Newsom’s pattern of legal harassment, which has been draining state resources as California grapples with surging homelessness, crime, and costs.

In a recent YouTube video, Newsom branded Trump the “worst president in history,” and slammed him for allegedly “wrecking the country.”

Newsom’s attacks have even delved into full-on conspiracy theory territory.

In August, Newsom launched a statewide “response” to what he called Trump’s “rigging” of Texas elections, announcing a legislative package that includes measures to counter Republican redistricting efforts by trying to eliminate the state’s red districts.
