Deep State prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia are attacking US Attorney Lindsey Halligan with leaks after she successfully returned an indictment against Letitia James.
Corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia on Thursday.
According to the DOJ, Letitia James was charged with two crimes: Bank Fraud under 18 U.S.C. Section 1344 and False Statements to a Financial Institution under 18 U.S.C. Section 1014.
Lindsey Halligan, the newly-sworn in Interim US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia secured the Letitia James indictment by herself on Thursday.
The Deep State prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia are angry about Lindsey Halligan’s successful indictments against James Comey and Letitia James so they are continuing to leak to the media.
According to the latest leak to CNN, US Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche were ‘caught off guard’ when Halligan secured the two-count indictment against Letitia James.
CNN and other lefty media outlets are now attacking Lindsey Halligan for being the only prosecutor named on Letitia James’ indictment.

Attorney General Pam Bondi was caught off guard Thursday when President Donald Trump’s handpicked US attorney, Lindsey Halligan, secured New York Attorney General Letitia James’ indictment from a grand jury, two sources familiar with what happened told CNN.
Halligan, who has been running the Eastern District of Virginia for just over two weeks, did not coordinate with Bondi or other leaders at the Justice Department headquarters in Washington, DC, or inform them about timing before presenting the case to a grand jury.
A grand jury on Thursday indicted James on two charges — bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution — as the Justice Department continues to pursue charges against Trump’s political opponents.

Last week, another high-ranking prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia was fired.
Last month, President Trump fired Erik Siebert as the US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia because he refused to bring charges against Letitia James, Comey, Schiff, and others.
Shortly after Siebert’s firing, Lindsey Halligan indicted former FBI Director James Comey.
The Justice Department fired high-ranking prosecutor Maya Song after top national security prosecutor Michael Ben’Ary was axed.
Michael Ben’Ary whined in a letter to colleagues after he was fired and encouraged them to continue to defy Trump appointees.
