President Trump announced on Thursday that he will sign the Big Beautiful Bill into law on Friday at 5 PM Eastern.
On Thursday the House passed the final vote before the bill was sent to President Trump’s desk. The legislation passed the House 218 to 214 with two Republicans voting against the bill.
The Big Beautiful Bill included:
Tax cuts – no tax on tips
Extends the Trump tax cuts
Cuts to SNAP (food stamps) and implements work requirements
Border spending: ICE and Border Patrol will be flooded with billions of dollars. More than $45 billion will be allocated to the border wall.
And much more.
Trump told reporters on Thursday, “We’re sort of celebrating – the biggest bill of its kind EVER signed. And it’s going to make this country into a ROCKET ship. It’s going to be really great.”
Trump added that B-2 Bombers, F22s and F35s will fly over the White House today when he signs the historic bill into law.
