As the clock ticks into 2025, the K-pop industry is already abuzz with announcements of major albums and new releases set to dominate the charts and global conversations with the rumored returns of superstars like BTS and BLACKPINK to confirmed albums from superstars GOT7, Stray Kids, IVE and more.
The year has already started strong with Stray Kids and TREASURE laying out ambitious plans for two album releases in 2025. Stray Kids’ Jan. 5 announcement video titled “Stray Kids “STEP OUT 2025” signals their commitment to staying at the forefront of the K-pop conversation and building upon their record-breaking success in recent years. Meanwhile, TREASURE previously announced an evolution in its sound and how its leadership among members that fans will see play out in full this year.
